Hello there

Is it possible to launch Launchpad instead of Mission Control when I click on on Mission Control key (F3). I have hot corner for that but I’d rather use the keyboard. I’m using a brand new MacBook Pro 14".

Hello, could you explain how you did it? I'd like to do the same thing and have the same device! Thanks

No additional software should be necessary.
Take a look here:
[System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Mission Control] > untick "Mission Control"
and then
[System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Launchpad] > click at the end of the line of "Show Launchpad" to assign a new key and press F3]

Hello, thanks for the reply, I managed to change the key function thanks to the software linked previously, I tried your method out of curiosity but it wouldn't allow me to press F3 at the end...

Ok, glad you got it working with Karabiner. I only had a 2020 Intel MBP to test.
