iPhone change NC Weather icons w/out winterboard?

anyone know of a way to change the weather icons without winterboard?

I tried NC Weathericon and love it but would be better if I didnt have to rely on WB.

Its all in the /system/library/privateframeworks/weather.framework and /System/Library/WeeAppPlugins/WeatherNotifications.bundle/

Back that up then you can change the icons there. reboot/respring to see effect.
