My apple ID was created with my own domain. I want to migrate away from this adress to using iCloud 100%. However, I can't seem to change my primary email to iCloud. Whenever I go to https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage and click on the primary email, it says I can't write a domain that is owned by Apple. WTF?
An no, it's not only used for authentication. For example, I just submitted a bug report and whenever I get an answer, it goes to my primary email.

You can't change the primary address it's something we've all been waiting for. It's the only reason I still have a crappy hotmail account

Dang that sucks. It's like they don't trust their own platform and want everyone to have a backup account :/
