Change video card to imac mid 2010 21 inch mxm nvidia quattro 3000m

Hi there guys,
I really need your help I try to get to know how can I flash this gpu to use it on the imac mid 2010 21 inch. When I put it on the imac I have black screen but I have sound of the boot up even if I was careful with the installation of the card. The gpu is nvidia Quattro mxm 3000m.

What makes you think that a 3000M is compatible with your iMac? And what version of macOS or OS X?

AFAIK, there was no Mac that came with a 3000M. Nevertheless I can see reports on Hackintosh sites (e.g. Tonymac) of some success with 3000M.
