I partitioned my ssd into 2 and downloaded flash drive version of yosemite.I forgot to do the erase and guid part and just downloaded the usb drive and chose that one for start up.It works fine but now my SSD says yosemite core storage logical volume group,can anyone help me turn this around or do I need to?Thanks a lot-Ken

Click Finder> Preferences. Tick Hard disks for Show these items on the desktop. This will now be visible on the desktop.

Single-click and press Enter on your keyboard to rename it to whatever you want. Simple as that!

Hi thanks for your quick response.I guess all it's showing are the 2 partition volumes,the main ssd which now has the same name yosemite is filled completely with core storage logical volume group.Can I remove my ssd from the computer and start over some how?-thanks,Ken
