I am having a weird problem with my iCloud Drive, where changes on my client devices (iPhone, iPad, & Mac) are not syncing up to iCloud Drive. However, changes made through the iCloud.com site will sync down to my devices.

For example:
  • If I add a new file or folder on my Mac or iPhone/iPad, they do not get uploaded to the cloud.
    • Using the 'brctl monitor' command on my Mac, I can see that the file gets uploaded 95%, but never completes.
    • In Finder, it will either show the file size remaining to upload, or 'Waiting to Upload'.
  • If I add a new file or folder through the iCloud.com site, the files/folders will show up on my client devices almost immediately.
    • If I make additional changes or delete the file, the change/deletion does not get pushed back up to the cloud.
I've tried turning off iCloud Drive on my devices, rebooting, and turning back on, but that didn't help. It seems as if it is a iCloud/account issue rather than a device issue. Has anyone experienced this behavior before? Is there anything specific I should be looking for when running the 'brctl log --wait --shorten' command?

Well... I just tried uploading a new file and it went through. Tried it on my other devices and it's working there now as well. The stalled ones were still stuck, so I ended up disabling and re-enabling iCloud Drive on all my devices to get those cleared out. I seem to be good for now.
