Trying to convert a standard user to an admin user. When checking appropriate box after going thru procedure, I get message to 'Restart pc for change to take effect'. Which I do but the change does not take effect. The standard user remains standard. Is this a High Sierra bug? Or following incorrect procedure; Users & groups > Unlock > Select user > check 'Allow Admin' box > restart pc.
