Changing address, credit card application concerns

So I'll be moving out of my apartment soon, but I'm a little concerned. Every now and then I get credit card applications in the mail which I tend to ignore. But after I move out, there will probably still be credit card applications in my name mailed to that apartment.

Is there a way to tell all the credit card companies my new address (preferably my PO Box) so that whoever moves into that apartment won't be douchebags and kill my credit?

Just tell the post office to forward your mail to your new address.
