Changing an online order

I placed an online order for a 24" imac with free nano. However I changed my mind on the 24" imac, and decided to go with the 20" so I cancelled the order. The problem is the ipod cannot be cancelled. To get the free ipod rebate I need to have both on the sales receipt. Any advice?
