Changing Boot up preferences?

Hello,

So I have Windows 7 installed with bootcamp, and of course OS X. But, when I turn on my computer, if I do not hold down the option key, my MBP automatically loads Windows. Is there a way to change it so that it will automatically load Mac OS X if I do not hold the option key?

system preferences -> startup disk

Also if you click on the Bootcamp tray icon in Windows and select "bootcamp control panel" you can choose to have the computer load up Mac OS. Once you do that it will automatically load up OS X each time until you change it back to Windows.
