Having moved from England to Australia several months ago and my old English cards having expired i needed a new payment method for my iCloud storage.

Now to add an Australian card i had to change the country store. This is where my problems started. Whenever i attempted to do so i was faced with the message, "You have at least one incomplete pass. Passes must be complete before you can change stores."

After corresponding with Apple support they cancelled and refunded my iTunes Match account. This didn't solve the problem as i had also purchased a TV series pass. Again Apple was good enough to not only cancel my pass but also refund it.

For some reason however i am still receiving the same message stopping me from changing stores. Apple support is unable to identify the problem and is advising me to wait till the pass has expired. Unfortunately as i am sure many of you can understand i use iCloud as a backup for over 100gb of photos, 60gb of music and 100gb of files.

Yes, i can and do use an external hard drive but i also like the iCloud as another form of safety net for my files as well as providing me easy access from all of my devices.

Unsure if anyone on here can help, if not hopefully getting this problem into the public spotlight somewhat will force Apple to come up with an actual solution rather than me just randomly waiting till i can change stores. Apple support is unable to even tell me when this may be able to happen.

My guess would be that it has to do with your iCloud Storage being upgraded on the account. Perhaps if you could move all your data to some alternative service(s) till the storage is back to 5 GB or less, change it to free storage option, and try to change the region again. I'd think that would work.... Again, that's my guess though.

I'd think you've seen this page by Apple https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204447

Though there's nothing mentioned about the iCloud Storage, but that might worth a try (if moving hundreds gigabytes of files wouldn't be such a headache).

Thank you, i had already seen that.

After doing some more research i have still got a TV pass even though the Apple staff have cancelled and refunded it. Peculiarly it will not expire so till i figure out how to get it to i am stuck.
