Happy 4th of July everyone!!!

So I need some more advice. I have a late 2011 Mac Mini, 8GB Ram, 500GB HD. 2.3ghz. Has been an awesome machine.

I ALSO have a late 2011 macbook air which I use for most of everything I do, but the Mac Mini is in my home office.

My neighbor recently purchased an iPad Air and is unhappy with it and has been driving me bananas to trade with him.

So my question to you, would you trade the Mac Mini for the iPad Air?

Nope, I wouldn't.

Though I doubt what I would do has any applicability to your situation.

May as well flip a coin thirty times; it'll be just as useful as a bunch of anonymous strangers advising you with zero knowledge of your needs/situation. Maybe you need a mini more than an iPad, maybe you need an iPad more than a mini... no way for anyone here to know.

Better for you to sit down and think about what your needs/requirements are and which device best fulfills them. If your mini died today, would you buy another tomorrow or go buy an iPad Air?

(and as for a neighbor bugging me to trade, I don't have the patience for that and would tell him to go check out this cool site called Craigslist)
