Changing File & Folder Names

I just moved to a MAC MINI from WIN and I connected my existing external drives. However, I am not able to change file or folder names or move files between existing folders or create new folders.

Please Advise....

macOS can only read NTFS formatted drives, not write to them. To do that, you'd need something like this:

If you're going to be using external drives that will be used ONLY with the Mac, I recommend that you re-format them (using disk utility) to:
Mac OS extended, journaling enabled, GUID partition format

For data interchange with Windows, this often works best with a drive that is in exFAT (format it on the PC), USB flashdrive, etc.
