changing frame size in Dreamweaver 8?

Somewhere close to a dairy in East Texas
Does anybody know how to change the size of a frame after its been created?

I've created a page with frames. When the page was created I was able to click and drag to change the sizes of the frames. But now after I've created it, it won't let me click on the frame and change the size.

Does anybody know how to do this?
