Has Apple yet release the capabilities to resize icons and text size on the main iPad, iPhone screens in iOS 11?

There are a variety of options that can exist for the device you have, ranging from using "zoomed display" option in display settings, to changing the text to be bold and/or larger size, to using some zoom-related options in the accessibility section of settings.

I will try these functions under the accessibility submenu as well as under the display and brightness menu on the new budget 6 generation at the Apple Store this weekend. If I can reduce the size of the icons, I maybe buy a new iPad!

About two years ago, I ask a genius and at that time he say it was not possible to reduce the icon size since it was fix in the iOS. He worked as a genius while working on his Ph. D.

No, this not possible to do yet! No submenu that has controls for icon sizing and text size like the competitors have.
