I saw an article on the beta release of iCloud so went through the setup process, which seemed to setting up a developer account. It also asked me to log into me.com. I had set it up a while ago to activate 'find my iPhone'. When I was done there was a little iChat window. It gave me an error saying it couldn't log into AOL Instant Messenger Service with web@me.com. This first part of the address is from my AppleID. I don't remember setting it up and I don't know what the password is. It's not my AppleID password. Is it possible to change it or to delete it? I already have an AOL Instant messenger account ending in @aol.com.

Thanks,
Curt

Not at this time. You'll need to either install iOS5 or wait till the official release of iCloud to open up a new @me.com account.
