Changing password for email

How do I change the password for email accounts in my Iphone? The only option I can find is to delete the account and then add it back. When I open settings-mail-accounts-select specific account. My only options to select are Name, Email, or Description.

You should log into your email service provider website to change the password. iOS will soon notify you when they find password does not work. You can then update them.

Currently Outlook mail and Gmail does not support Settings app changing password directly.

Idk since when, but now in iOS 10, Outlook mail and Gmail cannot change account password within settings.

It doesn't look like that for gmail or iCloud any more you have to delete and readd the account
