iPhone Changing safari download manager destination path

I am on a 6.12 iPhone 5 Verizon. I downloaded something and changed the destination and now that folder is not there anymore. When I try changing the destination the phone crashes and puts me into safe mode. Is there any way I can change the destination through ifile? I tried uninstalling safari download manager and running icleaner pro. Neither fixed the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/net.howett.safaridownloader.plist

I just went there through I file and delete the "net.howett.safaridownloader.plist" file.
