Hi all,

Fresh from a PC and setting up my new Mac M1.

One thing I've been trying to change, is the up/down scroll direction for my mouse. There are posts online, but all seem to reference a setting in the mouse tab in preferences that I don't have. My mouse settings look exactly like the images online, except they are missing the option for 'scroll & zoom', where this can apparently be changed by changing the 'natural' setting. I've not been able to find it.

Are the new Macs different? Any help appreciated and ty.

There has been no change. All Macs have that setting. Here is where to find that setting, in pictures:

One of the very first things I do on a new Mac -- change the scroll direction BACK to the "traditional", "NON-natural" direction.

It's the way I learned to use a computer, and I'll keep doing it that way... until... the end.
