Changing system sounds

Hello,

I have final version of OS X El Capitan, is here any way to change some system sound (sent mail, iCal alert sound etc)? Like in iOS.

As you may know, there is no official way to change system sound in Mac OS X.
And due to rootless, if you want to change system file, like default sound files, you will need to disable system integrity protection, and change files afterwards.

Thanks, but why Apple does not allow to change iCal Event alert etc? :-(
