I'm moving to Canada for studies and have cancelled my contract here in Switzerland. I could keep my 3GS and would love to go to a telco in Canada like Rogers and get more or less the same deal.
What I did was to pay $45 per month and got free texts and calls, so I pretty much never paid more than $45. I got 500MB per month of data which is more than enough...
What can I get for around $45 in Canada? I checked fido and Rogers and I'm sorry but their websites are beyond my comprehension.
So, is there a plan with data and minutes or free calling included for $40-50 overthere?
Also, do I have to buy a new iPhone or can I use the one I purchased here?

Thank you.

That's what I checked and didn't understand any of it... Nowhere does it say whether it's an iPhone plan or not, you can figure out the Blackburry plans but not the iPhone ones...

When you click on "Plans and Add Ons for this device" they come with a page that gives you a $60 plan and a $75, below there are also figures like $40 and $20 which they call "value packs", now I am confused, does this mean they don't have plans for below $60 and that above that, you can upgrade your plan by adding "value packs" ?
