I wanted to change the colour of my lock screen clock & i found "ColorClock" & saw i could also change the colour of the date as well.

Brilliant.

Installed it but it mustn't work with 7.0.6. because it's not changing anything at all.

Is there a tweak that works with this version?

As far as I remember CustomLS can do this. Currently using SubtleLock which also allows to change the color of clock and date but it comes with a different layout as well.

I've had a look & it seems CustomLS can do that but SubtleLock can do more.

My only issue with SubtleLock is the video i saw made the clock look really small & the slide to unlock was really far down. Is that the way it is for everyone or was that just how the guy on the video had it set up? As i don't want a really small clock - i like it standard size.

The clock coming with SubtleLock is a lot smaller than default indeed. No option to customize size within SubtleLock. But that's exactely why I got it. Wanted a more minimalistic LS as well as a little more space for notifications. No idea about the slider as I keep it completely hidden.
If you just want to change colors then CustomLS will probably be your best choice (+ it's for free ;-).

Hmm

I just downloaded CustomLS. Seems i can change the wording on the slider & hide things, but doesn't look like i can change the colour of anything, never mind the clock.

I've gone through it & even fired up YouTube & still can't see anything about colour changing.

Seems I was wrong, then. Switched to SubtleLock some time ago. So I don't remember CustomLS very well and also never used the color change option myself.
