Changing the email address for automatic BCC

I have several email accounts and would like to automatically BBC sent emails from one account to another account. When I select Automatically BBC in Mail/Preferences/Composing it will only BCC to the account that is used to compose the email. I want to BCC to another account.

I have found some old tips here:

They might work in Sieraa but I would prefer to not use Terminal (the BCC'd email does not display in the sent mail).

"Rules" don't seem to work for the Sent mailbox.

Any suggestions?

AppleScript maybe? That wouldn't be instant (i.e. workaround necessary), but it might be an option.
