Anybody know how to change the mount point for external drives?
I have a firewire hard drive that has 4 partitions on it (I needed to format with FAT 32 coz i needed to use the drive on my PC as well. So i needed 4x(max drive size with FAT 32) to format the entire disk.
When i plug the disk into my ibook, all 4 partitions mount onto the desktop as expected. What i'd like to do is wite a script that when run will unmount these 4 partitions and remount them into a folder on the desktop.
I'd then also probably need to have a script to unmount them and delete the folder.
Any ideas as to how i can accomplish this?
Thanks
