iPad Pro Changing the Region in iPad ?

Hi Guys,

I wanted to know what are the Pro's of changing the region in iOS setting to a particular country ? Like for e.g I do not have the access to Apple News+ so if I change it to U.S I do get an access but I wanted to know what I am losing in my region ?

There is a region selection available in settings if I change it from India to United States what disadvantages will I have ? I was thinking about doing this since Apple Needs+ is not available here. So I am thinking about changing the region, I am just thinking will that also bring any drawbacks ? If yes then what ?
