Changing user on an iPad with Beta iOS

So my Air 2 is currently on iOS 11.2 Beta 4. I want to give it as a "clean" device to my daughter, setting her as the owner (I'm moving to a 10.5" iPP). I want to give it to her with the latest official 11 release, not Beta. How do I go about doing this? Delete my Beta profile and roll back to official release and then Reset/Release or does the Reset/Release process delete the Beta load?

Just put it on DFU mode and restore from iTunes.
