Charge Macbook Pro mid 2017 with cheap powebank

Hi, I just got cheap powerbank from AliExpress. This one.
It's totally okay with my iPhone but is it possible and safe charge my Macbook Pro mid 2017 (USB Type C) with it?

Yup, it should work just fine. It'll be dead slow because it will only provide 5W and 10W on its two USB ports but it'll work.
Keep in mind that you most likely won't be able to use your MacBook Pro and charge it with said power bank at the same time.

It works! Is it okay for laptop? So I will check soon how fast is it but anyway I like it!
