Accidentally charged my new iPad Pro 12.9 with my oculus quest 2s 10 watt charger. They are both gray and just about the same size and shape. I didn’t even notice it at first until I realized it was charging so slow. Does using a lower watt charger like this have any future effect on my iPads battery?

No problem charging it with 10W adapter instead of using the adapter which came with the iPad.

You are fine. The iPads BMS is really smart and will prevent the iPad from overcharging or undercharging. If you plug in a charger that is rated much higher than the iPad can take it the iPad will only accept the correct voltage, If you plug in a charger that offers to low of a current the iPad just wont charge at all.
