Placed pre-order online for store pick-up last Friday and have just had a notification that I have gone over my credit limit due to apple charging twice.
I paid in store total of £4076 for 3 iPhones and 1 Apple Watch and apple have just charged me for the transactions all again.
Been on to card provider but they said they have to get to team to look at the transactions and seen out a claim form, which doesn’t look like a quick solution.
Has anyone else been charged twice?
I’m in the UK by the why.

Found the reason for being charged twice.
My original in store pick-up wasn’t given to me but just some off the shelf leaving my original order still there. Because I wasn’t given my original order with the serial numbers linked to that order another charge was then applied to the items I collected.
I have asked the store to contact me but still no reply.
Cancelled the original order online as they were showing as waiting to be collected.
Card is locked due to going over credit limit and waiting for the charges from credit card company due to going over my limit.
