part of the charger has come off inside my ipad but it still charged if I put in the broken charger as it still connects with the part inside however it the charger comes out very easily, is it worth fixing and if so how?
Hers a photo of the broken charger.....

That photo of the cable looks relatively complete... when you took that photo, was there still some part of the cable connector stuck inside the iPad?

If you're asking if the "charger" (really, the cable) is worth fixing, the answer is no. Throw it away and buy another one. If you're asking whether it is worth trying to get a stuck piece out of the iPad, then the answer is probably yes, but it will need to be done very carefully so as not to short out anything in the process.
