I am planning to use the following Base Pad and USB charger to charge my AirPods Pro.

Anker Wireless Charger, PowerWave Base Pad, Qi-Certified, 7.5W for iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, X, Xs, Xr, Xs Max, 8, 8 Plus

Quick Charge 3.0, Anker 18W 3Amp USB Wall Charger Powerport+ 1

I could not get specific answers from Apple Support because the AirPods Pro is new and they don't generally deal with third party products.

Questions:

1) Is the inductive power field ok for the AirPods Pro, or is the field too strong and could damage the unit?

2) If the field is ok for the AirPods Pro Wireless Charging Case, is it possible that the field might be too strong for the AirPods Pro themselves? If so, would it be a good idea to remove the AirPods Pro from the Wireless Charging Case while charging the case?

3) My protective case has a metal carabiner. Should that be removed while charging?

Thanks,

John

I use a pad for the note8 Samsung made in 2017. It’s a 9w charger and use it with my pros fine. You’ll be ok. The electronics in these tech will only take the amount it needs
