I’m new to using AirPods Pro. Was curious about the charging. I have them in the case and charging the case using MagSafe. They are both currently at 100%, but still showing that they are charging. Do they ever stop showing up as charging?

Same for me.

Very confusing. Hope it’s a bug. Charging all the time would kill the battery.

Just started with mine, and Apple Support says "you can tap the case when it's on the charging mat to see whether your AirPods Pro or AirPods (3rd generation) are charging (amber light) or fully charged (green light)." This isn't working for me. Anyone else?

The tap to confirm charging works for me. You have to give it a firm tap not lightly.

I noticed that the case and Airpods continue to transmit their charge status to my Iphone, whether they are in the case or not. They continue to transmit even when I turn off Bluetooth. I can only imagine that they are sending this via UWB. In any case, it does consume power. Visible in the battery widget
