Charging issue, iPad Pro 11 stucks at 97%

Charging iPad from its given 18W charger and usb c cable. When i unboxed iPad it was on 100% and used it until about 50%. First charging was very good till 97%, didn’t charge full. 2nd charging from 9% to 97% took ages then i removed usb c cable multiple times from iPad and then iPad went from 97% to 100% while i was looking at percentage very rapidly. 3rd charging same thing happened stuck at 97% but this time i remove cable many many times then it reached 100% quickly. Please someone check on their iPad please to verify the issue.

Perform a hard reset whilst plugged into the charger. This usually solves the problem.

1. Quickly click and release the Volume Up button.
2. Quickly click and release the Volume Down button.
3. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button.
4. Keep holding down the button until you see the Apple logo.
