I’ve had my AirPods Pro 2 for over a month, and ever since 5B58 came out, the case has been doing this weird thing where the charge level will suddenly and dramatically drop once plugged in. Here is a video of what I’m saying. Watch when the charge indicator comes on.

does anyone else have this issue, or know how to fix it?

Same happening here with my GF's APP and mine.
I believe that the issue is that the case's battery charge value stops updating in the iPhone.
In your video it seems to plunge, but it's actually starting to show the actual charge value.

This is my iPhone right now:

Funny things:

1. My case is not charging (as the widget suggest)
2. My case is at about 87% charge and not 45%

Really strange. I don’t think my case was really around 11% in my video because I hadn’t used the AirPods enough to get that low, and the case charge was going down on the iPhone as expected.

I almost think it’s the other way around, that the 11% is wrong, because it only takes a few minutes till it’s back up to around 40%. It’s like some weird overcorrection of the reported %.
If you reset your airpods, hopefully the issue will be resolved
Thanks, I’ll give this a try
