I have a pre-2016 mbp that uses the magsafe 2 power adapter. The wire is cut and I don't want to buy a new one because the problem happen again. I want to get the usb-c power adapter for it's removable cable. Is there are way I can use the usb-c power adapter to power my pre-2016 mbp (magsafe 2)? Does a usb-c to magsafe 2 converter or cable exist?
I'm looking for something similar to this (https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MD504LL/A/magsafe-to-magsafe-2-converterbut) in reverse where you would plug the usb-c cable into the converter which would be plugged into the magsafe 2 port. Or a cable that has usb-c connector on one end and a magsafe connector on another end.
