Charging time Bug?

I wore my out of the box AirPods Pro till they dropped to ~30%. I put them in the case and half a hour later the popup Screen on the iPhone said the AirPods are at ~71%.
I‘m using my first gen AirPods for 2 years now and they never took so long for a full charging cicle.

How long do your AirPods Pro need for a full charge?
Could this be a software bug or should i send them back?
