iPhone chase app update not working

I'm on a jailbroken 5S running 7.0.6

I updated the Chase app to today's update and it's not working for me. When I launch the app I just get the blue splash screen and then it closes after about a minute. I rebooted my phone, deleted the app and re-installed.... I tried a google search and a search here on the forum but can't seem to find anyone else with the issue. Anybody jailbroken able to run the new chase app? (version 2.35)

damn thats what I was afraid of, its either just my phone or its because I'm still on 7.0.6 I really don't want to update, re-jailbreak and install all my tweaks when I'll probably move to iOS 8 when the iPhone 6 comes out..... Guess I'll just wait it out.

Shouldn't be the case really considering it works on iOS 6.

I have the same issue, jailbroken iPhone 5S on 7.1.2. The issue does not happen if i restart in safe mode... So I suspect there must be some tweak conflicting with the new Chase update
 
Same here, iPhone 5S jailbroken on 7.1.2 - the app just stalls out then quits when launched, works just fine in SafeMode.

Since an earlier poster claims she has it working on 7.1.2, it must be a tweak we have installed that's conflicting.

By the way, the newly updated iPad version does same thing on my iPad 4, jailbroken on 7.1.2 - stalls out then quits.

I just reverted to previous version on both devices.
 
Great thanks for the updates guys. Good to know its nothing wrong with my phone. I guess its a tweak. Here's a list of what I have, maybe we can narrow it down:

On iPad4, I have Activator, xCon and Notific8.

I guess we shall root out the conflict eventually.

Removing xCon (the newest from GitHub - version 39beta7) made the difference. With xCon removed, the updated Chase app launches and runs as it should.

I am going to try tsProtector and see if it works for blocking jailbreak detection in the DirecTV app (I believe it does) yet not interfere with the Chase app.

Will also try this on iPad4 and report back.

UPDATE: Using tsProtector p works to block jailbreak detection on the iPhone version of the DirecTV app but does not prevent the Chase app from launching.

This also solved issue with updated Chase iPad app (same as iPhone - remove xCon, install tsProtector p) which takes care of my DirecTV iPad app jailbreak detection issues but allows the Chase app to launch.

That is the version from GitHub (39beta7 which is for 64 bit devices), not Cydia version which is 37beta7.
And you are running today's updated Chase apps ?

I removed, reinstalled, reverted to previous versions. Newest wouldn't launch on either of my devices until I removed xCon

I don't have the problem and have Activator installed so that's not the problem

the problem is xCon
I just installed the latest version (39b7) and the problem occurred afterwards

edit: oops, i probably should've refreshed the page first
 
nice job dhlizard, I removed Xcon and my chase app worked perfectly. I only use it for my TWC which I rarely use so I can live without Xcon.

I just did that and crashed. I complained in the apps reviews.
 
I never had Xcon installed and I also get the blue screen. Must be something else. 5s 7.1.1
