Has anybody else had the fingerprint unlock disappear for the Chase app? Mine is gone since updating to iOS 11 public beta three.

Still have it on 10.3.3. Have you checked settings in the app to make sure its still enabled. Sometimes mine turns off.
I’m not even seeing it listed in the app settings, maybe I’m missing something, I’ll recheck.
Well look at that, they removed it. I just updated to the newest version this morning and hadn't opened the app yet. That has to be a bug. I hope.
Same here: the settings section of the Chase Mobile app no longer lists fingerprint unlock.
Thanks. You were right, It turned itself off inside the app settings. I must’ve missed it when I looked in the settings the first time.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it showed up again I turned it on and it’s working. I thought I missed it the first time I looked, but I guess I didn’t.
I just checked again: Touch ID is back and is working. I didn’t do anything with the since my prior post today.
Chase support on twitter said they were having issues and Touch ID in the app was one of them. Whew!
