What's a good camera out there with either a manual focus or more realistically a macro function?

what's your definition of cheap in USD? if you want manual focus and good macro stuff, I'm assuming we're talking SLR here. and SLRs are not too cheap (well, again, depending on what you consider cheap)

I have no idea. Cheap being around 100USD. Though I don't care about "OMFG1000x/\/\ACROZ00/\/\ TAT KAN SEE A†0/\/\$" Something that can take a clear shot at maybe 3 inches. Just want to know might options (and I probably should have titled it cheapest).

And I didn't say manual focus AND macro. I said OR. No use for both.

ah, that makes more sense. this cannon may do the trick. also look at a nikon coolpix, they're pretty nice. btw, this thread probably belongs in the digital photography forum, but whateer...
