What's the least expensive readily available bluetooth mouse that we know for sure will work decently on a 2018 iPad Pro 11 and iPadOS 13X?

Your post reminds me of those guys on my street paying up for their BMWs, £50k+ cars, with some of the nastiest, cheapest, (even dangerous?!) Chinese rubber tyres fitted. Makes you wonder.
