As OUKITEL said they will be launching the cheapest smartphone that will have the MT6753 processor under the hood. Here's the quote

you might think that this smartphone is everything, and for the specifications that this device

As for cheapest, there are plenty of very cheap $150 phones in China from the likes of UMI and such that boast similar specifications.

i found more details about this phone now, they also will be releasing the U15s with higher specs

U15 Pro gets a metal body with capacitive keys and arc glass design. It features a 5.5 inch
HD LCD display by the brand SHARP. It is powered by MediaTek MTK6753 chipset which
has an Octa-core processor and 1.3GHz, together with ARM Mali-T720 MP3 GPU. For
running multi-tasks, it has got 3GB of RAM, 32GB ROM and 128GB expandable storage.

The fingerprint sensor on the back also gets additional functions other than providing security
unlocking devices. It works as a shutter button to take photos and exchange to next photos
when browsing in gallery. It also allows you to answer phone calls by tapping at the sensor,
stop playing music and videos and continue playing music and videos. On the back there is
also a 13MP camera, but interpolated to 16MP to take better photos.
To make it thin, it features a 3000mAh SCUD built-in Li-polymer battery which is enough for
one day use. U15 Pro supports 2G, 3G and 4G networks, along with GPS, Bluetooth, FM

At last,U15 Pro is designed to be 8.7mm for the thickness, while there will be another new
device named as U15s that will be thinner than U15 Pro--only 7.1mm for the thickness. U15s
