Check Data Usage on Wifi iPad?

I have a 32gb wifi iPad that I am considering selling and replacing with a 3g model. I'd like to get an idea of the amount of data I am currently consuming via wifi (so as to factor in the AT&T data plan prices), but I don't see that option under "General'. Am i missing something or is that information just not available for wifi only models?

The iPad/iPhone OS 3 only collects usage data for cellular data transmission. Doesn't count WiFi.

I had asked this question before and this is the answer that I got...

In order for an App to Track how much WiFi a user is using, it needs to run in the background (Not sure why it has to be this way, since the 3G is tracked no problem) and as it stands, iPad doesn't do backgrounding (unless Jailbroken, and even then, Im not aware of an app that will track data usage)

Get the 3G, get the unlimited for two months and then base your plan on your usage.

They dont offer unlimited here in Canada...

I have the $35 ($39.55 with tax) for 5GB... I've had it for over a week now, and Ive only used 40MB, so I think next time, I'll get the 250 MB for $15 ($16.95)

I went from unlimited to 250 back to unlimited...World Cup is coming up and I will be streaming for sure this month.

Check usage on unlimited plan

I have the unlimited 3G plan, and it will expire soon.
My question is: How can I see how much data usage I've had so far?
I cannot find that option. Does it not show because I have unlimited?
I'm trying to figure out what plan to renew as.
