I think you will get your answer if you contact sales.

But - it's a small company, so you could likely contact anyone at the company, and your question will get routed to whoever can help you
At least, that's my theory about how any company should work.
In any case, you could choose any random contact at the company - either it is good, or not.

Oh wait, is it normal that I haven't get reply after 4 days, when I have send a mail to ALL their email?? Pretty annoying:-
...

If you sent the same email to all (every email address that you could find), then - yes, I can see how would be annoying (to the company  )

Oh wait - hasn't it been only yesterday (at most two days) since you contacted the company? How does that get to 4 days, when at most 2 days have elapsed.
Now - try to relax, and wait patiently for the contact process to happen :D

SO, your older post was, shall we say - inaccurate?
Anyway - I think if you email the sales link again - you should hear something back.
Emailing everyone on the contact list would likely be counter-productive for you.

Thanks!!!! But isn't that just for a specific app? I want to check if the "Ad App" is installed...

Thanks!!!

I fell like you changed your question.

How the ad networks work, such as AppLovin, gives you credit when a user downloads an app from your ad. This is tracked when. A user requests a download and in the request contains your API key. You do not need to keep track of it. Usually you can check on your control page to see how many installs you get.

Otherwise, if you don't trust them to keep count correctly, maybe you shouldn't use them as an Ad Servcie Provider.

They most likely have a framework you have to use and pass a key into the framework so they can serve ads.
