Check it out, I can't load my Holga. :( HELP!

Yeah, I got a Holga for my photo class this quarter, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to load it. I'm using 120 film, and no mods. I know how it's SUPPOSED to work, but when I stick the tab in the receiving spool, it won't stay in, and so therefor it won't wind when I put the back on.

Am I just stupid?

I know you got it, but for other people, I take it your solution was to wind it a bit before putting the back on?

Oh, and I made a mistake when using mine. I used the square mask and had it turned to 16 instead of 12. So I was looking at the wrong markings and had a whole roll of overlapped frames. I mistakingly thought that I was supposed to look at the numbers that showed up next to twelve. I didnt see the arrow on the slider pointing to the number of frames.

Yeah, that's how I got it to work. Wind it up some before putting it back on. NONE of the sites I saw mentioned this.
