curious what you used, did you trace an outline in the dough and simply cut it or did you make a mold of some sort?

if you make a paper template, you can cut it out on the sheet like that.

Pretty much what katie said. Print the logo, cut it with scissors, place it on top of the dough, and cut around the edges. ;-)
