MP 7,1 Checking allowed boot media settings without booting to Recovery

As per title - is there a way to check what the current allowed boot media settings are, including if external devices are allowed, without rebooting to recovery?

Gotta laugh, this post is now the top hit on Duck Duck Go for "mac check if external boot is enabled without recovery".

I'm not seeing anything in LockRattler about external boot disk.
