I recently gave my daughter access to my iCloud so she could backup her iPhone. She says she did so, but now that she has a new phone, she says she can't find the backup.

Is there a way I can go looking to see if the backup exists? She's in a bad spot right now with two broken phones (they work but the displays are dead) and really wants the data off of the original one. If her backup succeeded, then we're golden. If not, we're probably screwed; when she plugs the phone into her mom's Mac, the Mac doesn't recognize the phone.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Update.... I had her login to icloud.com with her Apple account and her photos and contacts are there... but her texts are not. Is there any way to get these texts of the phone? Would Verizon have a special tool? I'm out of ideas.

Take a look at the app iMazing. https://imazing.com

Great app for backups and saving information etc. It may be just what you are looking for.
