Okay, I've found two myself on the App Store. Both free. I wouldn't buy anything unless I have to.
1. SmallFish

This is a cool game. It has useful suggestions coloured in arrows. Not bad but it is not yet updated to iOS 7.
2. Stockfish

Similar style to the first one but by another developer.

Yes, mobile device is a nice platform for a board game. We have many other games here, mostly for profits but we rarely see games which are just free without any kind of ads or in-app purchase. The two games I tried above are totally free, but high quality. If I find more, I'll post it here.
