Since a week or so there are two Chinese apps on my phone that no longer update, nor are they still available in the Dutch App Store.

One of the apps is Didi (Chinese Uber). The apps are still updated in the Chinese App Store and my iPhone is telling me to switch to the US App Store, cause they are supposedly also still available there. (Haven’t tried cause I have no US store account.)

Is this a GDPR thing?

I have at least one person with a Dutch iOS account who can confirm he also has Chinese apps that no longer update and are gone from App Store (they remain on my phone as the old/precious version).

Anyone in EU has any similar experience?

Any other clues?
