Chinging txt message time

okay i have a slight problem with this..where i am we dont have daylight savings and right now my time for txt messages are one hour infront..is there anyway to change this? tried cahnging the time settings but manually but it only puts it 5 hours off

The iPhone doesn't allow you to set the time?

Just do a manual time set, that should fix the problem.
